When will my order arrive?

Items without personalization typically ship within 3 business days. Items with custom printing ship within 5 business days of our receipt of your approval of the draft we send you. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes! Our online ordering system is through PayPal. Paypal maintains a strict security system that protects your transaction. Your payment information is never on our systems or in our possession in any way.

Do I have to order online?

No. Phoned and/or faxed orders are perfectly acceptable. 

Which credit cards do you accept? 

You may use your PayPal funds or pay via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or direct bank draft.

How much will shipping cost? 

Shipping depends on the item and quantity purchased and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

How do I return a product? 

Our goal is to provide you the service and product you need.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will walk you through the return process.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, there is a 30% restocking fee if an item is returned due to no error on our part.
